I just called and some dude named Andy said it was a company promoting something in my area. I asked what city I was in, and he just repeated the stuff about promoting stuff in my city, so I hung up. He said I had to pay $2.something in the next 97 days and I told him thanks, but no thanks.

sounds like a scam

This is a scam, they have been running this scam for several months just changing the numbers, they get your credit card number and charge several hundred dollars too it. The company that runs this is FOBS, www.fobs.cc you can call them at 646-810-7141 give em hell!

Keep getting test messages from this number.  11:53am central time my number is on the do not call list
