This voicemail was a blind call from Sara at “US Addiction Services” wanting to “follow up” with me about their service. This seemed like a scam and not a wrong number because this isn’t how healthcare of any kind works.

Same call and must be a phishing call and possible probable scam! Do not return call! I agree with Jazzy!

I received the exact same call. Caller wanted to check up on me since our last contact (which never happened). Definitely a phishing scam.

Same thing.  Sara calling from US Addiction services, calling to follow up on previous  call which NEVER happened.
