I am getting calls from this number and finally answered they told me that someone was trying to serve me papers, Process Server. Do process servers call you before they serve you?

Just received a call thus evening from the same number.  they left message stating they were looking for my mother but wanted a callback  from either of us.  said she was hired from Adr?  who are they?

My gf received a call from the same number looking for me yesterday I'm supposed to get the "documents" today. I have no idea what for but it kept me awake all night wondering what it is. Does anyone know what it could be???

I had the same company call me and i never returned their calls. when i finally spoke with them it turned out that I had a check waiting for me that had been willed by a distant relative that I didnt even know. the reason they were calling is that I had to sign for release of the funds. Had i known I would have answered the first call they made!!!

Those  "distant relatives" always seem to be willing money to people and then  having  ADR (aka All Damage Recoveries) Collection Agency,  disperse the checks.   Yeah, sure  ;)

I would probably write a post pointing out what a ridiculous faker you are, how your post is an audacious falsehood, and your pants are on fire, but I am simply laughing to hard at you to type any of that.  

Too bad, because people really should be warned not to believe a word you say.  If only I could stop laughing...

I received a somewhat threatening call from this number on my direct work line.  This time it was a female caller and she claimed to have papers that were going to be served to my employer.  I've received similar calls (usually from male callers) that even refer to themselves as Agent or Officer claiming to have legal papers to serve me and provide me with a number to call the Plaintiff listed on these documents.  I work in a law firm and "No" you cannot be served over the phone.  Well,  I've gotten these calls from various "855" numbers and nobody has shown up at my job with any papers.

My husband received a text message saying...This message is intended for (husband's name) my name is Miranda Morgan contacting you from ADR group. It's brown(?) I received your file this afternoon as a direct refusal to resolve. I've been asking for those three were employer prior to doing that and I do need you to contact me back at 8552940881 That's 8552940881 The reason being is because it does require your signature one-i(?) faxed o 14697339068 Long msg Call MBOX Voice Writerservice

I called the number back and the guy hung up on me.  What a jerk!! He wouldn't even tell me who the company was or what they did. Unbelievable!!!

TO *T*  -- does your husband have a turn your vmail into text application on his phone?

People will call into the office wanting all kinds of info and not even stating who they are or what they want.  There are privacy laws, just like doctor patient confidentiality laws, that can not be broken.  So for you to call someone a jerk is out of line!  Maybe when you called in, you could have been nicer or let them know the purpose of your call. For example....my husband received a message and I am calling to find out what this is about.

Also, if that is word for word, it does not really make sense SO HE SHOULD CANCEL HIS FEATURE AND JUST LISTEN TO V-MAILS THE OLD WAY.

This is the default number that comes from a Vonage account if the user hasn't set up the Extension Caller ID. This could be anyone.
