Has anybody got a threatened message from a Mark Rossi from this number

My threat came from Steve Rossi. haha

Received 3 calls today, each from Mark Rossi and each escalating in nature, i.e. your being sued, I am coming to your work to serve you, etc....  These are all for someone who use to own this phone number before I did (almost 3 years ago)

States to contact the Plaintiff at 855-294-0883

855-294-0883 called private and left a vm that i was being sued and left a case number as well. The name left was a "John Clark." I do not wish to call back after reading several of these scam alerts from this site as well as others. The ending statement was " (My name) you have officially been served." I kidd you not i could have sworn it was  recording drafting me for Judge Judy or something like that. Either way thanks for leaving your comments in here so i dont have to waste my time.

Law firms ALWAYS deal only in snail mail and include court documents with a judges signature. EVERYTHING a legitimate law firm does is in writing and only in writing.

Its  a SCAM ! Mark Loreto called me talking about sueing and trying to get my bank card info. Calls private but gave 855-294-0883 number

I CALLED BACK and i told him i didn't know any one with that name and he took it off and apologized
