Calling early on a Sunday morning is ridiculous.  If it’s Forum Research then anytime I hear they have conducted a poll it will have no reliability to me. By the way, why don’t they conduct a poll finding out how people feel about being bothered by them.

Text my cell phone 2 times at 3 am the texts said testing

I had the same "Testing" text from that same number at about 3am

The number <8552941814> hit my home phone (519 area code) on Feb 6 around 6 pm.  I was already blocking all calls from the 855 area code so my phone didn't even ring.  I called the number back just now and got the recording "Hello.  We conduct research for various companies..."

Apparently they are the same people who called two days ago from another number.  855-345-1552!!  Kind of hints that this is a nuisance call or scam.  I blocked both numbers now.  Lets see if they come up with another number to harass me.

They don't need to "get" your number. They could just be calling all numbers in a given sequence.

If your cell is some kind of PrePaid package then Yes it cost you to answer the incoming call.
Check before you make this kind of untruth nonsense.

They called at about 3:30 pm on August 13 2020. No caller ID no message left. Scammer or survey company - I HAVE NO USE FOR EITHER !  Blocking the number.

Calls at various different times of the day, never leaves a message.

It's from - Market Pulse Surveys and you can go to  market-pulse.ca and have your # taken off the calling list.

No caller ID  so of course we did not p/u !

Nor did they lv a message :-)

Their still active tonight - didn't answer - as above they didn't leave a message.

Recognized the number immediately as a Robo-Caller for market research.

A research company. Could not understand the caller that well. Heavy East Indian accent. About a survey on Canadian Internet service. Asked if she could proceed...reply NO....asked if she could call back later...reply NO..
Number is blocked. Called my cell phone too.

Called my Public Health cell phone that I use for COVID testing and contact tracing. I didn’t see the number before I answered, and they hung up after I answered with “Public Health COVID Line”.
