I just received a call from this number, and as soon as I answered, they hung up.  I tried calling the number back, and I get a recording saying, " Thank you for calling.  For quality of service, this number may be recorded."  Then it disconnects me.  I called it 3 times, and this happened all 3 times.  Very annoying to get these calls on your cell phone, or any phone, for that matter!

It is a call center that car dealerships use to follow up on recent visits to dealerships. They ask you how your visit was and if you would be willing to go back.

I have received calls from this #. I just bought a GMC Sierra. No one answers when I call back.

I bought a Subaru two weeks ago.  I imagine it's the survey the dealership pays to collect about the sales people (which is what they use to pay them or fire them for doing a bad job.)

I haven't actually answered the phone though but they've called my cell and work numbers about 5 times now.  I'm never around when they call.

I sent an email to an anonymous person on autotrader about a car and before it even sent I got a call from this number. They've been calling me every day since. I haven't answered or called back. I don't assume I assume it's just a survey group or something claiming to work for whoever you associate with.

Yes, this is probably quality control from a recent Toyota Dealership vist. I usually opt to give feedback on customer service when shopping.

Had service done at a Ford dealership yesterday in GA.  Got a call tonight on my cellphone and had an immediate hang-up when answered.

I visited a Hyundai dealership in Montgomery, AL to test drive a car the day before I got the call (I didn't answer). No doubt they were calling to ask me about my experience.

I have gotten numerous calls from this number on my home phone. I do not answer it because I don't recognize the number. Now they have my cell phone number. I do not give this phone number out to anyone. This is my first telemarketer call on this number. I have both numbers on the do not call list. How in the world can we get them to stop.  I also get other calls that are not suppose to call. How can we have laws to stop this and follow the rules but they don't. Please do something to stop these people. This is harassment.

I got a call from them at 10:59pm on a night I had to be up at 3:45am. They got an earful. They were representing a dealership I had just visited.

They never answer for me either. And when they call and I manage to answer. They just hang up before I can even say hello.

Please put me on no call list asap

I know the calls are frustrating, but you will have to put yourself on the "Do Not Call " list. Nobody here can do that for you.
