These people are scamming people out of money,they are claiming to be a debt collector and saying you will be arrestded for fraud if you don't respond by sending them money immediately.  When you try calling them back you can't contact them.  I look them up on line after sending them money for months and found out they were scamming people.

This guy names Roger Hunt called me saying he was a fraud investigator.  I tried to get the address and fax number so that I can send them a letter to prove a debt.  Hung up the phone on me.  I called back to them and it was the same guys voice.  I asked for Roger Hunt and he told me to hold on.  I was placed on hold and no one came back to the phone.  They finally hung to phone up on their end.

I call them back again and asked for the Company name, address, and fax number and they put me on hold and would not pick up the phone again.  This is a scam.  Somehow they got phone numbers for my family and we calling them talked to them about fraud.

A relative of mine received a bogus phone call from a man name Rick Locus who stated I will be summond to court for fraud which is strange because I've never commited fraud and I actually am a fraud specialist.  I told my relative if the police wanted to pick you up they would have and would not be making phone calls. That person is trying to scare you in paying them money so they can fraud you end of story.

My daughter in law's mother got a call from this number and the man on the phone accused me of frauding her son and that I was going to jail.   I have never frauded anyone,  don't even know how.  I have tried to reach someone at this number and I get a recording that says" You have reached the investigation dept"..  this is a scam..

My mother-in-law (she's 80 years old) received a call this morning from this number and the man on the phone identified himself as Neil Waters from the FBI and looking for one of her sons on 3 counts of Social Security fraud.  He actually had my brother-in-law's name, so that's why we believed it at first.  I called the number and the guy answered "legal" but gave no name.  I asked for Neil Waters and was asked what this was about.  I told him and he laughed saying that there's no way somebody would identify themselves like that.  The guy had an awful attitude (sarcastic and rude) and wouldn't give me any information.  I figured it was a scam and I called the real FBI and reported it.

This guy is a debt collector.Do not fall for his scare tactics.Hes a complete fraud

This jerk, Rick Lucas is calling my house, my elderly grandarent's house, and family's house threatening searches and claiming check fraud done by my in-laws. How does someone go about reporting this to someone that WILL do something about him?

I also got a call from a Rick Lucas said he was a collection agency and that i owed 1400.00 hundred dallors and that i needed to pay if not they were gona serve me papers with in 24hrs they call my job told my boss about situation they are not suppose to call my job it against the Law to tell my boss why there calling they where stressing me out i aint sending them [***] its a scam im the man that call was a Rick Lucas i save all my voice messages from them and the name who they wanted me to send the money to and going to the police with it.

Go to the police thats what i did they also have been calling me stressing me out but im getting there [***] back.

This guy Rick Lucas also called me in august. Saying that he was going to have papers served to my house on someone that didn't even live here.  I knew of the person that he said had 2 counts of fraud, but I have no contact with her. But he told me  it would be in My Best Interest to contact her and give her this number and have her to call him back with a case number he gave me for her.  He also quoted to me 5 numbers of my SS number, which really scared me.  So I reported this number and name to the police and it came back as a scam!
