Dead Beat Debt collector trying to collect a 20 year old debt

Said they were calling from Cal Control Technologies

Said she was a debt collector but didn't leave company name or anything

They called me 5 times while I was at work and when I finally answered the guy on the other line sounded like a brother from my hood! Unprofessional and won't get my money!

this number keeps calling me at work, is there some type of law that you can't call people on their jobs, what the hell

Unwanted call at work. Got me fired

Called me about an outstanding utility balance from an old address. I haven't lived at the address for 12 years and the balance was $28 and some change. Seems like a legit company collecting on old debt.
