Same call- same name.  I called them back just to mess with them and it was so loud I couldm't even hear what the [***] was saying.  Obviously a scam.

Received one minute robocall (female Filipino) voicemail, which phone flagged as spam.  Transcript as follows,

"My name is Sarah Newcomb, Hello my name is Sarah Newcomb agent number SN343 and I'm with the National Healthcare Savings Program and my job is to make you aware that the National Healthcare Savings Program has been designed for individuals and families as an effort to protect you against high cost medical bills and to provide you with quality affordable heath coverage at a significant discount.  This is a full coverage medical plan that covers at zero cost all doctor's visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, dental, vision, prescriptions, wellness checkups, and much more.  This program is offered at a 50% discount compared to market plans however you must elect to enroll soon to take advantage of the savings.  Everyone qualifies so you can reach me at 855-294-8831 look forward to talking with you.  This call is marked complete and my state number is SN1798."

I could tell Sarah was computer generated, and have heard about these “50% discount” scams that “cover” all doctors visits and stuff but at crazy low rates/crazy high deductibles. That is, they can truthfully claim to “cover” an expense that they aren’t agreeing to pay even the majority of the cost of.
