Have to laugh, this was a recorded message that went to my voicemail where their recorded message says if this is not so and so hang up. But of course I couldn't hang up as it went to my voice mail. Doh! So then it warns twice that this is a private message and to listen to it so that no one can overhear it about so and so's debt issue. Idiots.

I got a call from this guy named Tim Donovan. He told about this bil from a payday loan, I had totally forgotten about. I didn't remember it, so we got of kind of rocky. But he was payment and explained it. Actually he helped me save a bunch of money because of all the interest & fees they charge on this [***]. But he ended up helping me in the end. I can't say for anybody else there but Tim was good to me!

Now you are one laughably inept SHILL!
If you are contacted by this number, DEMAND proof of their claim be mailed to you. NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal law. Provide NO information to the caller. Simply tell them to put it in writing and put it in the mail. Then ignore their calls or get a call blocker!
It's really very simple. If they won't provide written & verifiable proof of their claim, pay them nothing! Believe NOTHING you're told. EVER!  It is NEVER your job to prove you don't owe a debt. It is THEIR job to prove you do! By law!
If a collection outfit is violating federal law, under the FDCPA, their claim is invalid or plain bogus.
    Be Safe. Be Aware.

You are so right. My daughter was scammed out of three hundred dollars, I stopped her from paying the last ninety. I found out exactly what you're saying, I told my daughter about it and fortunately she didn't pay the rest. Netspend, how she was passing it, is offering to help to get her money back, best not hold her breath. She asked for papers in the mail like I told her and the wouldn't do it, wanted to do everything thru email, how do you say fraud and scam.
