Called and said i won a voucher for walmart but wanted me to pay a 6.00 shipping and handling fee

I just received a flyer with no return address on the post card staying I am eligible to receive $100.00 gift savings good at Walmart or target. It gave phone number 1-855-299-2581. I blocked my phone number before calling this scammer, and it was a foreigner that could barely speak English. He wanted to know which type of gift card I wanted, plus an additional gas card...fur just SHOPPING AND HANDLING FEES of $6.95. I asked for their business name and he stated something they sounded like"US    Benefit"... I asked again what the name was and he just stated the word "YES". I disconnected asap.

I guess anyone can print a postcard and get a toll free number. It's difficult to obtain the owner of a toll free number but I'm working on it. Wal-Mart claims no knowledge of this and would never solicit this way, according to them. I called and it rang forever....no answer. Either they're cleaning the phone booth or watching Al Gore on Al-Jazeer. TV.
