These posers are funny. Pretending to collect on old debt. The problem is they got the right one today. I am also a debt collector. I am aware of FDCPA, I told the lady yesterday when she called and got irrate with me and said that she would be transfer the debtor to some agency. I told her to do it, take me to court and all that. But yet I receive another call today. They have it on an automatic dialer system. I requested no more phone calls and after doing my research I determined that they are using another companies name to scam people out of money. I told the lady if you have been scamming people for 12 years then you should be much better at your job. I also told her I have time today, so if she wants to keep playing on my phone after I told her to stop and do what she needs to do to prove she is legit to me than I am going bother and call her company all day long. Don't pay these people please you have been warned. I haven't ever taken out a Pay Day Loan, no need since as a debt collector I do my job so well I wouldn't need to.
