Core Recovery Service. Debt collector, I owed a credit card bill from 4 years ago. CRS was sent after me and this is the number they were calling me from. Legit company, although they did not seem that way. They will always give last names like "Mr. Carter" as the caller. The scary part is this, and they told me this...........as soon as they are given your name from a company that you owe a debt......they enter your name into the system and dig up as much stuff on you as they can before they call you. This guy, Mr. Carter knew everything about me before I spoke with him......my nickname, where I worked, where I had been on vacation 3 days prior to his call.........EVERYTHING!!! scary stuff.........

Mr. Carter told me that he was going to forward some informaiton to my Human Resource Department which was also very scary

"Mr. Carter" has been calling our company looking for an employee for a debt.  I called and requested they stop calling his place of employment.  "Mr. Carter" was very rude and would not speak to me in a professional manner.  He said the only way to end the calls is for the employee to send a signed letter requesting such!  BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This call was received this morning and it was a Janice Coleman. Sad thing is I recently lost my job and she left a message saying it was in regard to my recent job application! Debt collectors are getting sly with this now.

So Randy, did you actually call this Janice Coleman back since you thought it was about a job application or did you ignore the call?

Soo I just talk to the manager, he was very unprofessional and did not handle the situation right. ALL I asked was for hime not to call my job anymore and he got all bend out of shape, now I know it was petty to keep calling them back but if you want respect , you have to give it first.

Messages left on my answering machine are frequent and annoying because they are calling a person who I do not know about an important matter. I wish these calls would stop NOW.
