Customer service responding to email inquiry.

Based on other reports at other sites, I doubt that this is Giant Foods Customer service. Giant Foods is based in Maryland and this is not a MD area code. Many reports are out of the Maryland area.

6 min. before this call, 518-686-3744 / New York call ed with possible medic alert scam. It was blocked by Nomo.

I did not answer either.

The 855-300-0575 is Giant Food.  They were responding to an e-mail suggestion I made to carry a particular product.

Stop&Shop responding to an email I left about the Stoffers recall &  Lean Cuisine. I never answer the phone but got so many unrecognized calls today it was making me mad so for several of them I let the speaker pick up and gave caller dead silence. In my case caller waited and when I didn't say anything the rep went on to define the nature of the call and identified herself as customer service from Stop&Shop responding to my email.  She was on target

It is Giant Foods customer service.  They just called me to answer an inquiry I sent them regarding a product they carry at our local store.

This is definitely Giant Foods. I'm in Pennsylvania and had sent an email to their customer service regarding an issue I had at checkout. I didn't answer the call but they left a very detailed, polite message for me. Problem solved!

It is Giant foods or Stop n Shop in CT. They are the same company and are based in MA.

Very interesting.  I had contacted Giant but the ID on the call said Unavailabale so I did not pick up.  If it is a legitimate call why do they not identify themselves.

Called, left no message.

It's Giant.

So you took the time to look up a known phone number - despite having no logical reason to do so - then failed to give any actual information on the call. Why is that? Then again, you replied to an 8-year old post expecting that person to see your comment so perhaps you simply aren't too bright.

The Jolly Green Giant?  Did it go "Ho, Ho, Ho" in a really deep voice?
