- nakitamolly| 2 repliesTelstar Marketing Group/Telstar Marketing Pros. They are a complete scam. The CEO Mark Nash/John Robinson/Randy Crane. They are based out of Campbellford Ontario. They hire home based telemarketers to do marketing calls on companies based out of the US. They lie cheat, and DO NOT pay their employees. They have such complaints on different sites, such as RipoffReport, Complaints board.

- AnonymousI received a call from my employer that they had received a wage garnish notice same number to contact. Company name is Apex and make check payable to Keisha. Please be careful. This is a scam
- Anonymous| 1 replyI received a fax from Apex Servicing, it was a garnishment for one of my employees. I let my employee know about it and tried to contact them, but due to a language barrier she couldn't get help and get answers about this garnishment. These people contacted me again via fax and stated that my employee had verbally agreed to paid certain amount from paycheck. I contacted my employee again to verify this info. and told me that had never agreed on anything due to language barrier. Beware

- Tygerkat replies to AnonymousScam! If your employee was to actually have their wages garnished, you would receive a court order, not a phone call or a fax.
- Kim replies to nakitamollyWhat they are sending to employers is a wage assignment not garnishment. In California if they don't have the employee's signature it is not valid. Right on the form they send to the employer it state "This Wage Assignment is Revocable at will". That says volumes about the validity of this form.
- JanI have gotten voicemails from APEX asking for a secure fax. After looking them up, I don't plan to reply. This company tricks people into paying debts they don't know. It also looks like they particularly prey on the poor and people who don't speak english well.

- Timothy| 4 repliesThey contacted my employer EG workforce Solutions and stated I owe money and my company is garnishing my paycheck but I don’t have no loan with first loan or apex servicing. This is a scam I need help to tell my employer so they quit giving money to these scammers . [***]

- MikeHuntleton replies to Timothy| 3 repliesNobody can garnish your wages without a Court Order, so there is really nothing to worry about. As mentioned already in this thread, it is just a scam.
- Eugenia Hodge| 1 replyThey sent me a letter
- Caller: Apex

- MikeHuntleton replies to Eugenia HodgeWell, junk mail advertisements can simply be tossed in the trash. :)
I am assuming it wasn't anything of importance, since you did not mention anything useful about it and I doubt anyone here cares that they sent you "nothing". - Desiree replies to MikeHuntleton| 2 repliesThey did mine! According to the Apex website they do not need to follow state guidelines
- Gunnar replies to DesireeYou're a Liar & a Shill ! Or just a meager minded Troll. Go play in traffic. You're not up to dealing with the people here. We will tear you & your lies to shreds!

Scammers make websites to fool people who believe if they have a website, it must be real. Just because they said so, don't mean it is the whole truth. A wage assignment is not a garnishment.
