Received a call today from this number, which came up as restricted. A woman (had a foreign accent) potraying as a lawyer, left a voicemail saying I had a "case" pending against me. Never stated her name or the name of a law firm in which this case was about. She left a file number & the aforementioned number, in which she stuttured while leaving the number as if she was reading a script. Then stating if I did not call them back, some sort of judgement would be made against me. I have not or will not call them. Just to give someone else a heads up about whomever these frauds are.

My work recieved a call for me leaving the number 855-300-3242 for me to call back. No company name left. Seemed wonky to me that a compny would call my work to get a hold of me.

Received a call from this number stating their name is James Kinkade, also left a "case number" stating that a complaint had been filed against me and that non response would result in action or judgement.  Seems fishy that they would call rather than sending a certified letter .

I received a phone call from these people asking for my wife. They had an address for her that was way off. I took the message, and they even left a reference number and a phone number to call. 411923-01 was the reference, and the number was 855 300 3242. She did say that they would move forward without her, because the documents could be time sensitive... but they never called her directly. So... scam

Got a message from this number, caller ID shows "unknown". No company or firm name given. Woman stated that a complaint was filed against me and I need to call "to direct the action on my file" then she said that it's a time-sensitive matter.

I received a call on 3/20/17 regarding I have a compliant against me. Gave me a reference number. I was told Juniper was suing me for $6,000.00. I told her never heard of Juniper and asked her I need more information. She could not give me any information and was down right mean. She asked me about if a process server came out with court papers. I said no. She informed me I was going to have a court day and could not tell me information. I kept asking her questions and she started to get down right nasty. This must be a scam.

Invest in a  call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.  Most likely a debt collection scam.

Ignore and block these calls. If you were the subject of a pending civil lawsuit, you'd have received a letter from the attorney for the other party.  You'd have a paper trail.

Then, if a case was filed, you'd have received a summons delivered to you by someone licensed to serve process in your locality.  You would NOT have first heard about any civil law case from some scammery-scummery debt collector who cold calls you and starts demanding money.

You can check this out yourself by simply going down to the local main civil court and checking the defendants civil list.  The court clerks are usually glad to help and are familiar with these kinds of scams.

Got a call from a private # for Allied Document Deliveries first to schedule legal doc drop off tonight between 6& 8pm at my address- when I asked more questions the lady said you can call Williams & Associates at this 855# and give them your file #... When I called it was an "answering service" who transferred me to OFFICES OF MICHELLE JOHNSON based on that file #. The lady who answered tried to get me to confirm or deny the last 4 of my ssn, my name (which they had a name I haven't legally used in over a decade) and then said it's a civil litigation case- when I asked for what and said I don't feel comfortable giving personal info and I still don't know what she's talking about she got rude and said JUST WAIT FOR YOUR COURT PAPERS THEN! and hung up.

I was told documents would be delivered to me regarding a legal matter and I could call 855-300-3242 to find out more information. When I called he ( Gregory Williams) asked for the file number and acted like he was confused and needed me to confirm whether the birth date and last four of the social were correct.

Call regarding a case against me..with a file number. Called the number back no company name just a machine to leave a message.  have no idea how they obtain my number.

Got a call from this same number as well, on March 13.  They called my daughter first asking for me, then they called my number.  I knew it was a scam right away because if I had a so called litigation case pending, information would come via mail. I didn't bother calling them back.  #SCAM

Yes they have now moved to a different phone number but Michelle Johnson is still stumbling through her script for my "court case that is pending unless I call them back to give my side"
