Got a voicemail from this caller: the typical "We've made several attempts to reach you via phone and the address of record.  We've been unsuccessful due to no response. The documents have been deemed undeliverable...."  Told to call this number back.  I call from a secured line and was told they are TK & Associates and she went on to say that they are a "third party conglomerate" that collects and processes payments for over 30 different companies nationwide.  SCAM!!  Block and move on!

Same as Tony and they had the wrong name of the person they were looking for? SCAM!!

Same as above but they also called my brother. I like the “we will contact your place if employment”. I’m on ssdi so I have no job. Worthless people

I checked the number before I called them back because my phone said "Spam Risk". They answered same as above. my number was blocked (*67) and I gave them a fictitious name. However, they pulled up my correct name and it rattled me. I told them that apparently that person didn't have this phone number anymore. They said they would remove the number

You can't block when calling a toll free number.

These people have been making this "one last attempt" call to me for nearly TWO YEARS, weekly.

#1 If they actually were legitimate, and were trying to "contact me via my employer" they'd already know all of the possible numbers to contact my employer; it's public information available online. But they aren't legit, they just call the number on a list that they bought.

#2 I have lived at the same address for 20 years. Not a single document has ever come to my house. Once again, this is public record that can be looked up online...but nothing ever arrives because they aren't legit.

#3 No legitimate debt collector uses electronically generated voices to leave messages. This is a HUGE RED FLAG that you are dealing with someone out of this country posing as someone else.DON'T FALL FOR IT!

If they were a legitimate debt collector what they are doing is illegal, but of course...they are not. These people are scammers, do not fall for anything they say.
