They call from different phone number every week.  Technical Support Scam

Scam - guy with accent trying to get into people's laptop.  Says that he received a call from you and he is returning it and that he is trying to troubleshoot your issue.  He wants you to go to a website.  Technical support scam.  Hang up!

Total scammer - Told me I signed up for a computer service, ya right, and he wanted me to log into my computer using his commands.  Told him to go F- himself and hung-up.  He had the balls to call me back to tell me I was unprofessional.  LMFAO!!!

Reported him to the BBB and FCC.

Just tried to contact Dell by the internet http://www.dell.com. MySearch page came up. When I found this number as Customer/Technical support, I called it. The phone was answered right away, a real person. Big companies like Dell always have an automated service of pressing buttons to get to the right department. I finally got through to what looked like Dell, so I tried to chat with Tech support. It took me to Yahoo.com.  I think this number is connected to a hack on Dell. Just in case. I am running my virus scan to make sure it is not me.
