They call and don't wait to answer or does not leave message

Someone called me regarding a lawsuit.

Morgan & Morgan is a law firm but does not do debt collection.  Someone provided your number when they called the firm or submitted an online inquiry.

They called me twice today about a "lawsuit" but didn't leave any details and just said I "really should call them back". Idk what to do? I've been scammed in the past and now I am VERY hesitant to return a call to someone I don't know and leaves a vague message. Any suggestions?

There's no lawsuit-plus you wouldn't find out about one over the phone. Safe to ignore

They were Morgan and Morgan. Should be safe to answer and or call back.

You might think it is safe, but the truth is that scammers also want you to think that, so when they spoof this number you feel confident enough to answer and give them the chance to attempt to scam you.
Always be on guard from a call you do not know and ask questions until you are confident they are who they say they are. Otherwise, just hangup and block the number if you can.

Really?  So some "attorney" calls you up and claims they have a lawsuit against you, and you think that is is "safe to answer or call back"? That isn't how lawsuits are handled.  If there truly was a lawsuit you would have been properly served by a court approved method.  No lawyer calls you up and tells you that you can buy your way out of an alleged lawsuit.

They are calling because you may be part of a class action lawsuit, that's what Morgan and Morgan handles.

Wow, that lousy attorney must really be desperate for clients to send the likes of you around here to drum up business.  I feel sorry for anyone that signed on with them.  I hope they did not pay you more that 25 cents for that post, because if they did they got ripped off.
