- Jcc| 1 replyWhere did you call from?
- K| 1 replyPro Timeshare Resale. They are a timeshare resale company. I do have a timeshare that I want to sell but I didn't want to go with this company and told them so. They keep calling me even though I told them I wasn't interested. Very annoying. If they keep calling after you tell them to stop ask them for their address and send a letter asking them to cease contact, written or over the phone. Legally they have to stop calling.

- annoyedApparently she called yesterday about selling or renting our timeshare and my husband told her we weren't interested. She called tonight saying she talked to me yesterday and asked if I told her whether or not it was on the market. First off, she did not talk to me yesterday and what business is that of hers anyway? Very annoying.

- Tim MinnichThey called today but was already on phone. Tryed call back but nobody answered. Am on do not call list but that MEANS NOTHING to our government!
- Timeshare burned| 1 replyThey just called. They want $748 upfront to list the property As much as I would like to unload my timeshare, I will not put any money up front.

- PaulPro Timeshare Resales. I wasn't interested in what they had to offer (sell or rent my timeshare), but I inquired about fees ($199-$799 depending on what type of advertising method you chose). I told Taylor I was not interested and to remove me from the calling list. The "PRO" Taylor, hung up on me before I could finish my sentence; typical of a "churn and burn" operation.

- azant replies to Timeshare burnednever pay any money upfront. it's a ripoff!!!
- Glenn| 2 repliesYep, it was Pro Timeshare Resales. They want to charge me $49.95 per property to LIST IT on their website. PASS...... I have
4 time shares that I am selling for $7k each that I have owned for over 23 years. I have had 8 company's now try to rip me off with
advanced FEES to be paid up front. Two company's actually had buyers they said for $38k each and emailed me the sales contracts showing the [bogus] names of the buyers. Then then asked me for $2,800 to be wired to them in the form of a cashiers check to cover their fees as escrow closing costs. Come on now, you have got to be kidding me. Such a waste of time and energy but I guess if they
can make a clean $200 per day it ain't bad ripping people off. So far I have found NO one to buy them and I am for sure NOT going to pay someone $2,500 each to take them off my hands. Two of my timeshares properties will actually take back the Deeds for $150 quick claim filling deed. Call your time share facility and ask them. If you die and there is NO estate, they can be mailed in to the properties with a death certificate attached and that will be the end of them. I hope this helps someone out there.- Caller: Pro Timeshare Resales

- CaP| 1 replyThe call that came in yesterday on the house phone only showed the number. BUT, if it is "Pro Timeshare Resales, obviously they are not 'Pro'(essionals)! Anyone that wants to be paid up front for a commission to sell what you own is NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF ARTIST, a SCUM BAG OF THE EARTH as after receiving the up front funds what incentive is there for them to do anything. I do not know about the rest of the country, at least here in VT., brokers, listing agents, etc. do not charge up front fees; their commission IS EARNED WHEN THEY CLOSE THE DEAL & PAID OUT OF CLOSING FUNDS!
Time share re-sale scams have been going on forever; owning two units in a high end resort that we use & enjoy, if you want to get out of a time share there are easier solutions ---
Don't pay the maintenance/association fees/dues & let them foreclosure; won't cost you a penny!
Sell out cheap, even if you get one dollar & the buyer pays all fees associated, you are still ahead of
being ripped off from up front fees as they will never do anything after; EXCEPT CASH YOUR CHECK! - CaPDue to their site coming up also, clicked on it, filled out the form to send but it refused to accept so I called the number listed & talked with a human being that tries to represent they are fully bonded & insured, etc; when made the comments about scams & rip offs at least he (whom ever) acknowledged removal of our number. Since they are 'supposedly bonded & insured', if any one has fell for the up front fee scam with no results, HIGHLY SUGGEST FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FL. D.A. &/or CONSUMER COMPLAINT DIVISION AS I KNOW FL IS VERY PRO-ACTIVE & IT WILL WASTE THEIR TIME & ENERGY TO COMPLY; although it will also take a bit of your time.

- ANNOYEDThis number has been calling our house several times per day.....today they started calling before 8:00 a.m. and called every 18-20 minutes until 9:30 a.m.. There is no one there when you answer....very annoying. I see from other postings they are a timeshare resaler. We have received calls from them with a person and have told them to quit calling....guess they are now calling just to annoy.
- Tim| 1 replyDirtbag named Louis calls multiple times and asks if we want to sell time share, we say no, then we ask who he works for and his last name, then he hangs up. I filed a complaint with the FTC since it sounds like another scam and I filed another complaint related to the do not call registry that our number has been listed on since 2007.
