Did not get a call.
I got a letter in the US mail stating that I am to receive a Android Touchpad Tablet Computer from gifting department at no charge to me.
Was asked to call the gifting department at 855-300-8975, with RSVP gift code also listed.
From Vice President of Regional Awards Division of Google Play.

It was not Google Play.
Prediction:
The scammer will offer you a "free" gift, but you have to pay the shipping + the tax + the processing fee + a bunch of other fees.  They will ask for your credit card number to pay those fees.

Then, watch your card get drained.

I received the same letter.  Does anyone know where we should send it to stop people from trying to steal money?

If the letter was mailed, contact your local post office.. postal inspectors.
