Scam call.  reference number given and when I returned call the person said it was Nationwide.  Exploration of theri need to contact me resulted in determining a summons was trying to be served but I never lived at the address in the Southern State listed.  Careful not to give out any personal information to this scam.  

Got a call from a guy saying he was gonna serve me papers if I didn't call the 8553009509 number. When I call they said I owed check n cash and they need me to pay it or I will get sued and get fraud they almost got me till I googled the number and so I call them back telling them they are a scam the lady got mad at me saying I need to pay her and when I said no she hung up so I call back again the same lady answer but differnt name I told her again she was full of s*#t. I had my husband also call and he told them they were a scam also you can just tell by the way they talk after they are not legit they act all professional first to fool you but once you call them out on being a scam they talk back and even hang up on you so we kept calling bugging them it was funny they got so mad it was the same people answering they would just change their names then they blocked our number from calling them lol so yes these ppl are a scam DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THEM!

Got a call from 855-300-9509 from a John Cameron said that I was being served and that I have now been officially notified. Huge scam. If someone is gonna sue you they now how to do it. This is a SCAM! AND he said to contact the FIRM, however there is no FIRM! Its BS!

855-300-9509 keeps calling me at work and threatening to come up there.  They say they have a claim number.  What do I do?

Got a call from some dude named Darian Fox. He called from a phone number from my area code (256) left a message to call this number. I did and it said Nationwide. Calling this number a lady picked up an said I owed a check into cash an had an address from 4 years ago. She said they would cancel the summons if I paid today and the "locator" won't find me. Neither of the phone numbers work now. I work with the Sheriff's office on a weekly basis (I direct the county's most wanted show.) so far I haven't been arrested or had my face shown.

I received a message from number 855 300 9509 stating I had a claim against me and I needed to call that number. I couldn't understand half of what he said and he spoke really fast. I was going to call this number back, but now that I have read your responses I will not waste my time. Thank you for all of your posts.

had the same thing happen but 5 days before i was to pay this company i recieved a letter in mail for another company that had a settlement, I called that company and explained that this john cameron had me call and wanted me to call this 1855 to settle  the guy told me to stop c card and dont allow them to make money he said that no server can call and say he is gonna serve u and ask for information, he said that they can threaten u, When I was talking to this guy on phone this collection national investigator services called and started telling me that i was in default and that i was going down for this, the guy from the collections place told me to hang up and not to deal with people like that he gave me advice to call BBB and also to stop c card and report it so i can get a new one sent out. The reason i questioned is cause NIS would not send a letter and this letter i recieved said for ace. confused.
