Call received on my mobile phone.  The voice message was from a "Natasha Williams" who referenced my former married name (from several years ago) concerning an "order that had been faxed over to her concerning a court summons for breach of contract and a bad check". She said she needed to verify my address in order to have the summons delivered.  She also said I had the right the contact the Plaintiff regarding any questions at phone number 855-303-0714 and ask for the Legal Department at ext. 332.  Really??????? I have no intentions of returning the call!

Recieved voice mail on my home home very similar to the one Sick got. Mine was from "Robert Fisher" and was calling for someone who does not live in my home. Same ref to court summons w/extra treats of finding employer and serving the papers and having employer witness. Then when to to say if they did not here back would tract down friends and family in the attemp to the individual. and that when the address was verified he would serve the summons.  Said that a call could be made to the Plantiff at 1-855-303-0714 and left a claim number.  Then as a parting shot said" you have notified". I called the number to try and get my number off this claim. When I called an automated voice mail message just tells you to leave your number and file number. I just hung up. My wife just called the local new station and has  been informed that is some can for scam! Apparently Mr Fisher has changed his phone number!!!!!!

I have Ben getting this bull 2 went to sheriffs dpt satin that I owe advance cash express criminal dumb ones  because the sheriff dep called them and they said the case.worker didn't exist though he left me a.voice.mail

I went through this once already, same story that you guys have stated.  I am young and naive (I'm 23) so I fell for it the first time and was notified by my bank that it was a scam.  I was very lucky in getting my $$ back (about $700) and I thought I would never hear from any scammers again.  About a month after that issue, I receive a call from a "James Bell", process server, at my place of employment, who tries to feed me the same crap that I was previously told in the prior incident.  He was calling to clarify the procedures in which my employer would like for him to follow to serve me.  I told him that I KNEW he was a scammer, that someone had ALMOST scammed me and that NO process server ever calls someone prior to serving them.  His response was, "uh, uh, uh... Ma'am this is a very important issue." I demanded he never call me again and that if he did, I was going to consult an attorney.  He said that I would be hearing from his and I told him I would be awaiting his attorney's phone call and I hung up on him.  He proceeded to call back 3 times after that, asking for a manager or supervisor.  I would not transfer him, and when he finally gave up, he called my cell leaving a nasty message and said, "you have been notified!"  This happened 2 weeks ago and I have not heard a word since.  I mean, really???  I KNOW that they are scammers and even put out on it, they try anyway.  The things people to do to get $$.  It makes me wonder how they sleep at night.
