This person is calling me telling me there is a warrant for my arrest. there are a lot of things I can say if I chose to call them back because I know I do not have any criminal activity on my record. these collection agencies will stop at nothing

I receive continued call with threats of Civil Action Claim to be filed in the state of New York for unpaid HSBC debt sold to Bank of America.

Bank of America does not buy  credit card debt from another bank. They have enough of their own bad credit card debt.

I ordered a trial of a ProbioSlim from a company calling itself ProbioSlim (www.probioslim.com) on July 9, 2015.  I then started to get two other products: Garci for Detox and IBC*Precision.  I contacted the company on August 11, 2015 telling them that I didn't want their product anymore especially since I had been sent two other products I didn't order.  I received a confirmation of my cancellation ID# 7089606 on August 11.  I returned all three products in on big envelop to the company on August 15, 2015 (I have tracking information for this).  I haven't been reimbursed for any of this product and I am still getting billed. Today, I received another shipment of the Garcia for Detox and IBC*Precision.  To date they have taken $921.22 from my debit/credit card account.  I called today to get this taken care of and they told me that they show only one shipment to me.  After making it clear that I wanted all my money refunded, I was put on hold for about 5 minutes.  The rep came back and told me that her manager wasn't available and the rep said that she would have the manager call me back tonight.  I told them if I don't hear from them soon, I will contact the Attorney General's Office, The Better Business Bureau and The United States Post Master.  I'm still waiting.
