They call here all the time. The sales rep. is good. She makes like you know her, and then reels you in. My husband, decided to go ahead with an ad with them. His business isn't doing well, but none the less, $281.37, was the cost. The sales rep. said she'd send a copy for him to go over, before they published the ad, so he could make sure it was right. He waited, that never happened. Then their calling back for more business. He finally gets, what he thought was the copy for review, and they misspelled our street name. We complained via emails, and they finally resolved, that they messed up, and agreed to send a bill for half the amount. We've been waiting for this, when he now receives a threat from a collection agency!!!
