Heather Stewart claiming she has been hired by the county court to track me down on two counts of fraud. She called from a restricted number, this was the call back number. I'm being served!

She also calls on the landline for another person not at this address.

I would think so. I found the number on another site and it said the address where the phone is listed is in Sparks, Nevada in a residential neighborhood.

She bypassed my call blocker and left a message on voice mail. Didn't name a company.

So I Got A Call From My Sister In Another State Saying To Call This Number Because I Supposedly Had 2 Counts Of Fraud Charges On Me.. I Blocked My Number And Made The Call.. The Company Is J & J Processing And I Spoke With A Women Named Gina Welch.. She Claimed I Made A Online Loan With PAYDAY MOBILITY For $600. About 2 Years Ago And I Know For A Fact I Didnt.. She Threatened To Take Me To Court Unless I Agreed To A Payment Plan Of $200 Bi-Weekly.. She Insisted I Had To Get A PrePaid Debit Card.. Needless To Say I Hung Up On Her And She Called Me Back Knowing I Blocked My Number.. Nice Try Scammers

I was told the very excact same thing. I have reported them to a legimate law firm and they are going to be investigating.

They called my Ex Husband and his wife today and told me the same thing.
