This is telemarketing from Frontier

After coming here and finding it was my new carrier Frontier, I returned the call only to be bumped to a mssg. recorder. I stated the hang up calls were very rude, and unwanted.... and that i actually did want to talk to someone about the service audit the machine mentioned. Let's see if a 'person' calls back as requested... not holding my breath.

We have Frontier service - it is the only telephone service available to us in this rural area.  It is not the best service as the phones crack and pop whenever it rains.  But, they call all the time - every month - sometimes every other week - and want to upgrade out service.  We have told them the same line for years - we are happy with what we have and if we want anything else we will contact them.  The calls from this number are from rude young people that always give a smart-remark back to me when I tell them we don't want to change anything.  They have told me I am behind the times, if I want to stay in the past and not update to new things there is no hope for me. We also get calls from the local Frontier and they are "friendlier" calls - but again, they call every month.

got called today - - said he was calling on behalf of Frontier and wanted to give me info on their "deals/specials" for my area and then wanted access to my account - told him that if he was from Frontier that he would already have access to that infomation - told me he only had limited access and wanted my approval for full access which made me leary so told him to contact the phone company for that info and hung up on him then called and reported it to Frontier ... said I did the right thing by hanging up on him.......also said they have telemarketers but they have access to enough information to offer these deals to their customers!!!!!.

We don't have Frontier..yet they call every day, 3 times a day.  I told them to NOT call me again.  We'll see....

They call every night about the same time and never leave a message ... Get a clue nobody at this residence wants to talk to you .. If it's important LEAVE A MESSAGE !!!!!! I'm grateful for caller id .....

I have Frontier phone service. I did have the DSL but it was terrible. I could not get on after 5:00 PM. I put up with it for months. They did try to fix the problem but I found out I was close to the 3 mile limit DSL can extend.
  I switched to another internet service provider and it is great. I can get on at any time and even stream Netflix on 2 TV's.
  Since I switched I get calls from Frontier a few times a week. It is getting to be a pain. If they don't stop I will soon drop my phone service as well.

Multiple calls daily representing frontier.  I pay frontier for an unlisted number but is given out anyway.  What's up with this?

I have told Frontier twice that I wasn't interested but I continue to receive calls from this number almost daily.  I didn't know who it was - now I see that it traces back to Frontier.  I no longer answer their calls (thanks to caller ID) but resent the constant interruptions.  What do we have to do to get rid of these guys?

Kinda funny, Frontier's website says to call this phone # to get on OUR (my emphasis added) do not call list, But its the National Do Not Call List (Not Frontiers number)

I understand this is a telemarketing call from Frontier, we have frontier, why does it come through with unknown name?  No one is ever there, and if I want to change my service, I will call Frontier, I do not want this call coming through again, especially not at 9:00 in the evening.

I have Frontier phone and internet and do not appreciate calls for the purpose of "upgrading" what I have.  If I change anything it will be to downgrade my phone service because I don't need everything I'm paying for.  

The last call (just a few minutes ago) was a recording and it said "your call is important to us".  That was it.  It ticked me off so much that I took the trouble to look up the number.  It's very irritating.

I agree that if it originates from Frontier, I'd appreciate that information on my caller ID!!!

Annoying telemarketing calls from Frontier Communications 8am a d 9pm just about every day. I told them I was on do no call list and to stop calling. They have not stopped.

Yup, same number, very day, same time (2:42 pm Pacific). they can talk to the voice mail as much as they like ;-)
