This is NOT the real CityMd billing dept  - they have a completely different phone number. THIS IS A SCAMMER CALLING - so don’t answer and don’t call them back.

This City MD number, because it is the number I called to talk to them about my bill.

This number has called twice to tell me that it is an emergency Microsoft call.  My license on Windows is about to expire, and my computer will be shut down.

This number calls me everyday. I don’t know if it’s CityMD since none of their numbers look like this!

Perhaps you should call City MD at a known phone number and ask if they called you. Scammers tend to spoof legitimate phone numbers to try convincing people their scam is real.

I just received a robo-call Thanking me for using CityMD and they wanted me to call this 1-855-303 number for important information.  I called City MD at the number from their website 1-844-824-8963 about this 1-855 number.  They said all their numbers start with 1-844 not 1-855.  Their was no balance on my account, and they did not call me. I did not call the 1-855 number as the robo-call wanted me to, so I do not know what information they would have asked for.

They called and got my information, what I should I do?

I called my local City MD and they confirmed I owed $20. They said they use companies to call to try to collect their debts and this is the wording they used. They also said it says business instead of directly mentioning medical appointments due to HIPAA laws. Call you local City’s mD that you visit and they will confirm you owe $.

I received a couple calls from this number that left fishy messages about “welcoming” me to “settle an important business matter.” I called the 844 customer service # from google and they confirmed I dont have a balance. It’s a scam!
