Debt collector

This message is from a debt collector. Please return the call.

Keeps calling saying it's for debt collection but never leaves a detail about what I owe or whom I owe to but just telling me to call back.  Sounds like another scam.

they call stating they are a debt collector never asking for a name only saying call them back. I have no debts.

Doesn't matter to them whether you owe or don't owe, they just want someone to pay, they don't care who.  The only company I can see by that name is in Alabama and they do some sort of business loans.  If they left you a message they are now required to do this:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Keeps calling, is a recording staying they are a debt collector.  I have no debts.  Not even a real person who has my name.  Definitely a scam as my credit score is 800+.

Caller left message with her call back phone number stating she was debt collector.  SCAM.  Blocked it.

You must work for the fraudulent company.

No one should ever return a call from an organization who does not properly identify who they are, or who they are trying to contact. If it is a company that you normally do business with, call the organization's main phone number that can be found on a statement (not a random one left in a message) to verify the message or call that was received. Also, if you do not know the person or phone number, ignore it, block it (if possible) and go about your day.

Beware of phishing scams. There are many ruthless con artists out there who like to prey on innocent people. Be cautious and use sound judgment.

The company, Accounts Receivable @ 1-855-303-9285 has persistently called me up to 8 times or morea day re: a debt I do not owe! I have notified them per email to their website and on their recorded line to cease and desist calling my number. I have also reported them to CFPB Case #170717-2256124. I will also be re[porting this abusive behavior to BBB and via Certified Letter to Accounts Receivable, as suggested by CFPB.

Someone might if you gave the name of the company and who you were looking for, "Javier".  Seems a lot more like a pfishing expendition which has obviously been busted already.  Back to scammer school, "Javier".

Called and called for 45 days straight.  Mostly during the weekday, then at night.  Same message every time they call.  Mgmt LLC.  I have never received a letter.  Finally stopped.
