This number called my place of business saying they received a complaint from one of our coworkers.. they actually got the name right though which was scary.  Saying if I do not call back that there will be further legal action! But they didn't say who they were.

Threatening legal action against me for some reason - as i know of no legal action against me, or anyone having  reason for legal action, I strongly suspect this is a scam.

Called our company number saying threatening saying that if that person doesn't call back then will take legal action. The recording hung up. I called back 3 times and got hung up on. Finally someone answered, who sounded like a scumbag, picked up, I told him that person isn't with us, then he said he was going to take their name off the list, and hung up.

They called me saying Riverside Financial is putting claims against me. Never heard of them and this is from 2010. No name was left on the voicemail and when I called she had all my info right. While I told her never heard of them she said do I wanna settle or go to work and when I asked her to repeat the other info she told me I'm going around the question. Ended up hanging up on me!!

The told me they were Axis services

They called me giving my home address say8ng if I don't pay them $400 THEY WILL TAKE ME TO court owing  $3200. They will summons me and garnish wages. Would not give me any information on debt.

Said I owed a bill  from. 2006 never heard of kept asking is this my social NO haven't address then when u said I will contact the police they hung up never gave information what there company was

Called me and relatives saying I owed $6000.00 from a pay loan back in 2012.  Wants to settle for $337.50 otherwise I will be served with papers at my place of employment.  I believe this stems from a car I just recently purchased with a 3 month trail to Sirrus Radio

Why do think this has to do with the car you just purchased and Sirius XM?

They never do.

I had a message saying that someone filed a charges against me and they would come to my home or place of employment. They said my 1st and last name, but I changed my last name 8 years ago, I have a prepaid phone so really not sure how this was traced to me. One thing I thought about was last week I signed into my google account and that had my previous last name.

Because the number they called on my relative and my home number is the only time I used my relative to purchase a car.  When I called siriusxm to inquire if (855)305-7965 was one of their numbers, I was told yes, it is the collections department.

But you said the caller was calling about a supposed payday loan from 5 years ago.  Why would Sirius XM be calling about a payday loan?  Your posts still make no sense.

Believe it or not, she actually did. Of course, her explanation makes no more sense than her original post.

Received this call today - got the recorded name wrong, though... such a scam...
