Called me at 8am when I answered phone they hung up.

He keeps calling all day.  I yelled at him to stop and hung up.  I won't answer this call again.

just called my cell but left no message

I had a zero balance and then they charged the annual fee and never got an email notification of a new statement with the charge... so that is why they were calling since last month wasn't paid

Do Not close your account MizDizzyMizzy! That will hurt your credit if you close it yourself.. just do as you have been doing and not use it! Look it up and confirm that if you like but just giving you heads up! Good luck!
