This was a message on my computer as I had gone to Straight Talk from my Yahoo email account. Message said my computer had been hacked. Not to do any online banking or shopping until calling this number.  855-309-1427

While on my computer doing surveys it started to beep and kept getting louder and louder and would not let me continue until I called this number which I did not call. Who is it?

SCAM! leads you to a download antivirus program that wants to remove bad files from your computer but at the very end it will cost @$10. sick people

Scam line.  Phone nr contained in a scary web page.  Caused by clicking on a Facebook link that displayed the scary web page.  "Fixed" the problem by rebooting the system (holding down power on button), no harm done to system.

While doing research on my computer, I got a message from someone identifying themselves as from my server.  They told me to call the above number to solve the problem and advised me not to turn my computer off.  The problem which just started: computer beeping and making noises and no access to the turn off icon.  I didn't recognize the number and manually shut down the computer.  It seems to be ok now.

Yeah, these [***] called and tried to rip off my mom.  When she backed down, they hung up.  [***]

got the loud beeping and was told to call #.  ANYONE telling you to download a virus protection from their website is BOGUS!!!
