Have been received calls asking me to call back before they serve me for a debt resolution. No company name, my sister called to tell me they called her.   She is not a contact for anyone in my personal affairs.

This phone number keeps calling my sister looking for me saying there is a legal notice that was going to be delivered to me today. I didn’t receive anything though. Did you figure out who this person is?

It's a fake process server. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Keeps calling looking for my sister. Really nasty, and unprofessional . My sister said she didn't owe anybody, so I looked it up. Looks like a scam of sorts. I have blocked the number I think they get the info off people search, and I am considered an associate of her. They are calling house phone,  which my family would only use in emergency as we communicate  over cell phone. Really becoming harrassment .

This number called phone number I only listed as emergency contacts at the hospital. I'm in no way assioted with the numbers they called so there no way they would know them. I'm wondering if there has been a data breach some place.

 Then why did you list them as an emergency contact?  What makes you think that these crooks can't get any information they want from the internet, from credit bureaus, etc?

These people called Saturday, 10th October 20202, Monday, 12th October 2020 and today (Tuesday, 13th October 2020) claiming to be process servers. The kicker is they are calling for someone else. I know the person they are calling but they leave a voice message as if my number if the person they are "looking" for. My understanding is process servers wouldn't call before serving papers for that would defeat the whole purpose of the surprise. I haven't nor will I call the number back to see who it is. I'll see if they will follow through with their threats.

Received a message for an unknown person on my voicemail. I’ve had this same phone number 10+ years and don’t even know the person they are calling for. Says they are serving legal notice in two days. I called back to let the gal know that she had the wrong number and to remove my number from her records.  Apparently I’m related to this person according to this scam artist lol. She told me that I was “so rude” and hung up on me.

They called my mother and my sister asking for me telling them that I’m gonna be receiving some legal documentation served by mail they haven’t said what company they’re calling from then they called me and left me the same message “delivery of legally required notice still on schedule for (date) to the address provided for you”. No company that I am associated with or no wife has my mother or my sister‘s phone number. How can we stop these people from calling us???

She started calling my phone talking about a legal notice delivery to the address provided...she never gave the address and she is not calling for me..Since she’s made it her business to call my phone daily..she will be placed on block..!
