They also called me with a case number an said I was in trouble and had 48 hours and then had no say in it they called blocked but left a number and called right back after the nasty mssge no one answered I'm reporting this number to the police calling blocked and giving me 48 hrs for something what I don't know definitely a scam watch it folks my identity has already been stolen and on my machine this place sounds legit but it was almost 7pm when they called so no way of checking anything out

I want this company to stop harassing me my employer and my family.

My son received a phone call from this number, 855-312-9925, and they told him I would be served with papers, they said a complaint had been filed against me, their client would be forced to take action without my consent, etc. I am going to report them to the FDCPA first thing Monday morning..877-382-4357.  ARG Debt Collectors.  They gave my son my case number and said I had 48 hours to respond, like all of you.  

The same thing happened to me...I called them today, Saturday, and left a strong message that I knew they were operating a scam company, that I did research on them, and I would be calling the Fair Debt & Collection Practice agency. I am livid.
We all need to call and complain.  And, this can't be a coincidence, the guy left his name as Brian Thomas, which is my other son's first and last name. Did that happen to you?

This company is clearly a scam, but how are you going to call a law?  The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a law, not an agency.  You should definitely report the scammers but to the FTC, your state's AG, etc...
