Called them as they were looking for my father regarding a court case. It is some legal office that sounds extremely bogus, asked to remove my # from their files. They did not even same their name when answering the phone call.

Just received a calling vm left saying they something about a Nicole Dunstan and for me to call them back in regards to paperwork.  I am not Nicole Dunstan and I don't know Nicole Dunstan.  So I'm not returning the call I think it's fake and bogus

Stated that they wanted to verify my address for an officer to arrest me for a loan from 2010 that I defaulted in. Address they had we haven't lived at for 10 yrs. they said company was Edgewater loans.  Never heard of them and I know every single loan I have taken out bc we have very little debt besides a mortgage. Told her to forward all documents to my attorney and she hung up. Knew from then get go it was bogus bc they wouldn't state the name of company until I stated my name then she said it was the court. Seriously!  I knew better. I feel bad for the elderly or uneducated as they probably would believe it.

Loser Scammers they come out of the wood works to steal. Just place a blocker and your done with the idiots.

They've called me twice in 2 days from different 855 numbers

Left a vm called back and told me I owe like $10000 to a payday loan ....😂so i asked them their name and they said some crazy stuff so i told them that i was an attorney  and they hung up😂😂😂

Received a call from this number this morning. Called them back and they stated they were in processing dept and were trying to send paperwork out to me. I asked them the name of their company and they said FastMoney.net. I again asked them their company's name not the name of the creditor. They stated they were Cardinal Associates. I then pressed them for the amount owed $625 plus from when this supposed debt was issued: May 2011. I then proceeded to ask what bank account was this drawn on since I've only had 1 checking account from 1 bank since 2001. They refused to give me that information. I then asked this person who was getting rather defensive would you pay a debt you knew little about? How do I even know if this is a valid claim? That was when this person flew into a rage and stated they would be sending a process server to my address to arrest me. I then proceeded to inform this clueless person that the statute of limitations is 4 years in CA and that despite their anger there was positively nothing they could do and no court in CA would even entertain taking this type of case. They were also bound by the FDCRA and by threatening me they were in violation of that and that this phone call was being recorded. Needless to say this individual hung up the phone.

Received a call saying I owe them money from a payday loan. Scammers never took out a payday loan. They are now blocked

Second call this week but from a different number.  They leave a voice mail for a person I do not know saying they have an important document to deliver.
