OK This number has called my family members giving out personal info about a supposed debt, that I do not owe.
They are known as CMS or Check Mediation Services, also known as
Huntington Asset Management,
Westwood Asset Management,
Huntington Group, and more. they call form various 855 numbers and I have spoken to Karen Douglas, and Kathy Davis who sound like the exact same person. Her "Manager" Brian Wall gave me this e-mail CMServices59@gmail.com as their business e-mail!. Searching for the e-mail I found that CMServices59 is connected to a Brian Spenny from NY, and his wife is Kelly.. They had the last 4 of my social, but didn't know what state I live in or what state I supposedly incurred the debt in.

They lied to my family saying I put down their numbers on some application which was total BS because the number they called was a google voice number and I never even had that number not to mention it is new. They also had another family members cell number. They said they were serving me with papers and really upset my family claiming I had broken laws the [***]. they are scammers! Liars and are breaking all kinds of laws. Anyone who knows anything about collections knows they have to say they are recording this and it is a debt collection call.

Upon researching this Brian Spenny I found "Brian Spenny

I also found several mug shots of Brian Spenny that this guy is a bank robber and was arrested in 1999/2000 and served time in federal prison and is now located in NY.  Here is an article I found.

This guy also used to have a "Brian Spenny Stock Blog" another scam he was running.

His current company International Asset Group lists a website at http://www.payiag.com/ which is blank. if you search payiag.com you'll find a ripoff report listing and  referral to come back to this site to learn more. Also, you'll find the company has been sued and has a F rating on the BBB site. John Chebat is listed as the owner in the law suite. Another scammer connected to this BS. Never give them your info, or admit to any debt, and never pay them just report them!

Brian Spenny and or Brian Wall are affilaited with CMS services.  A scam debt collector and criminals who are behind the company.  Do not give them any information.  They are crooks.

Stated that I have information on someone who is attempting to defraud a lending institution, and I needed to return their call within 24hrs.

"Shonda Moore with CPS Recovery" calling with a possible bank fraud investigation case.  

They were calling to let me know that they have a fraud case they received and calling to get my side of the investigation. When calling this # back, it told me this # was not set up to accept calls. They got my relatives # from somewhere because I have never put these # down as references for anything!
