- Cali| 4 repliesA guy called and said he was a third party person trying to deliver a summons for National Cash Advance. He gave partial of my address and said he's trying to deliver it. I called national Cash Advance and they said this is not true and not to give out any information. I called the number back and he said I never called you or spoke to you. I called the police to make a report.

- Tygerkat replies to Mitch| 6 repliesHow were they "very helpful"? What was "resolved easily"? And why did you look up the number when you already know who called you?
- Tygerkat replies to CaliScam! Real process servers don't call in advance.

- mitch replies to Tygerkat| 3 repliesi looked it up out of curiousity and they were helpful at answering the questions and concerns i had
- Tygerkat replies to LisaShill alert! Interesting how you neglected to give the legal name & business address of this helpful company. It's right there on the letter you allegedly received from them.
- Tygerkat replies to mitchIf you want us to believe you aren't a shill, try actually answering my questions instead of talking around them.
- BigA replies to mitch| 1 replyWow, that was the quickest sex change operation ever there "mitch", one minute you were a girl named "Lisa" and next you were a lying shill named "mitch" Of course the lying part came along with you being "Lisa" since that poster lied as well. Guess you will have to give those rupees back to your employer since your attempt at legitimizing this criminal enterprise has failed miserably. Of course you are used to that Lisa/mitch since everything you have ever done in your life was a failure and will continue to be in the future as well due to a severe lack of education, drug and alcohol dependence, and the fact that you have chosen a life of crime.

- Crys replies to Cali| 2 repliesGot the same call today!!!! Is it a scam?
- Tygerkat replies to Jeff R.Shill number 3! I love how 2 of you not only "forgot" about a debt but completely ignored all the mail you would have received about said debt yet suddenly decided to pay it after this company called. Debt amnesia must be contagious.
- Tygerkat replies to CrysYes, it's a scam! As has already been pointed out - real process servers don't call in advance.
- RL| 5 repliesIt’s a scam I went as far as calling a lawyer and having them call them. He told me it’s a scam more the likely. If this were real, a debt collector wouldn’t waste there time with court unless they were absolutely sure you could pay it back. Also they have 4 years to collect on this debt from the origination date and if not collected before then they pretty much have no case.
- Caller: Legal Services and Associates
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Tygerkat replies to RL| 4 repliesSounds like you need a new lawyer. Where did he get the "four years to collect on this debt" bit?
- RL replies to Tygerkat| 3 repliesStatute of Limitations
- BigA replies to RLWell, considering you do not know the difference between "there" and "their" I don't think anyone should take your legal advice since it is completely wrong. First, the Statute of Limitations (I will give you credit that you got that part right and did not call it a Statue) only regulates the time they have to sue you and not the time they have to attempt to collect on the debt. Further it varies from state to state from around 3 years to 15 years, so putting a flat date on it when it could be different in another state is not good advice. The SOL also starts at the time of last activity, not the origination date. I would also suggest that you get a new lawyer (if you actually talked to one) or take the time to listen to what that lawyer said to you.
- Tygerkat replies to RLYep, I was right. You need a new lawyer.
- Sally| 5 repliesi paid them for a loan that was unpaid from years ago when i was in college and broke ,it was a easy process
