I return the call and Jonathan states that no one from that office makes phone calls and there wasn't anyone by the name of Joseph William or William Joseph that is employed there. ( the name left asking for a return call to 1 855 318 3925 ) I was highly angered and he hung up on me due my anger, I suppose.

I received calls from this company "Document Delivery Services" several weeks ago (with a different number), looking for my ex-husband saying he left my number for them to contact.  We don't exactly get along, but we wouldn't do that to each other.  Once I filed a complaint with my cell company and the FCC, the calls stopped.   Today they started again, same story, looking for him, he gave my number.  They wanted his phone number and address and I refused.  They weren't happy.  The number came up UNKNOWN, which I usually don't answer, but I had to today because I am waiting for a business call that comes up that way.  The number they gave me was 855-318-3925 for my ex to call with a file number and legal documents to be delivered to him.  Like I said, same company as a few weeks ago... same scam.

Some guy name Conner Peerson called my job and said he will be serving some paper if I didn't call them back today... He then ask for my suspervior and I was pissed about that because I don't need him call and asking for my supervior.

A guy by the name of Mike Davis called me regarding a complaint file against me, saying I should contact the firm handling my case, sounds a bit confusing and I think is spam!

I received an unknown call and was left a voice mail saying that they were trying to get in contact with my father. The man on the phone stated his name was Scott. He said that there was a complaint against my father and that if he didn't call 855-318-3925 in 24 hours then he will forfeit his rights to fight the claim. This is a SCAM! Do not even acknowledge these callers, they will just continue to harass you.

I received a call from a Alexandria Bishop and was told to call back 1-855-318-3925 file # 39955, to my home phone which I am on the no call list, on 6/13/13 around 1:30 pm which I did not answer and let the machine get it and upon looking on here I have found other people received the same exact call and were told the same exact thing that there was a complaint against them and they had so long to contact them reguarding this complaint, I have no issues that would even warrant a complaint against me. I do not intend on calling this place back and will not accept ANY calls from them what so ever. these people need to be prosecuted when you have taken the steps to stop being harassed by unwanted calls to your home.

called me yesterday and now today...comes up "unknown" and I dont answer those calls.  Said the name was Stacy Rhodes and gave a file number and said if I dont call them back they will be forced to take "action" on my "case" without my consent.  They didnt say what "firm" they were representing or who the filed the claim against me.  Very fishy, if it were legit, they would be giving the name of the firm, and the name company they are representing filing the complaint in the first place.

This company has called, bogus, collected some bad debt and wrong debt that I HAVE PROVEN years ago was not mine. When I called this Kevin Dawson on it, he hung up on me, I called back and she reconnected me and he rejected the call, so I called again and went straight to voice mail. I left them a DETAILED message. THIS IS HARRASSMENT. I am turning them into BBB. And I am going to harrass them back till they STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
