Be calling today and doesn't leave a message

Called this number back and the auto attendant sounds EXACTLY like Directv BUT IT'S NOT. She didn't say "I have your phone number as 972-XXX-XXXX". She also didn't reference AT&T.  I got a hold of an agent and asked him if he could help me verify my account information. He the told ME my account information just based on my phone number (which if gave him since they already have it) and he read back to me my contact name and verified my address WITHOUT EVEN VERIFYING WHO I WAS!!!! Then i asked him if he could verify my last payment amount and date. BOTH THE AMOUNT AND DATE HE GAVE ME WAS WRONG!!!! Told him that he's not working for Directv and I've already reported their scam to Directv each time they've called. Told him that THEY ARE GETTING REALLY GOOD at this scam!!!! Sounds exactly like Directv but it's not. Told him to take my phone number off his scam list and he said he would and hung up. HE DIDN'T EVEN DENY THAT HE WAS WORKING A SCAM!!!! UNREAL!!!

Has called 4 times today and my call blocking has not blocked this number for some reason

This has to be DirectTV because I have been receiving calls from various spoofed numbers and when I look them up, all the comments point to them.  It also makes sense since I dropped their service last month. I wish they cared for their customers when we're customers not after we leave them.  I'm so happy with DISH!  But damn I wish Direct TV would stop this "begging".
