If this has to do with lending....pay day loan.  I went to pay on loan. X employee closed out account. Another employee went to pass a bad check.  I could have gave them some legal papers.  It was the loan supervisor idea to handle in-house. I came with money and I was turned back.  Go figure.  The law firm is called Kaydon law group..In your state their is a government agency that you can get papers on-line and make a complaint.  My bank is going to back me up for the bad check passing.  The DA in the county it happened in was just waiting for me to make complaint.  Many people have been done wrong by this company, so I hear.

Must be too much fiber in the Bull's diet, because we're getting a lot of meadow muffins on 800 notes today. Usually I'd jump all over this, but I'll come back tomorrow. Friday is the day we deal with shills, scammers, foreign bar flies, & village idiots. With some luck we'll get a few witch doctors. Mañana!

Baloney.  You aren't going to be notified by phone that you're going to be served.  They'll show up without warning, moron.  Seriously, why would they give you advanced notice?  The call is to scare you into forking over money that you may not even owe.  Go home, shill.

"john" can't even be served in a restaurant. He's an Indian scammer who had to buy a wife, sight unseen, from a bargain bin in the soukh. He's a lowly Indian fraud who dreams of the day when he may earn as much as $10 USD (in Rupees) per day.
In his country his type used to be called "Untouchables". That term is now considered to be politically incorrect. Now he's just an upwardly mobile rodent. Ignore him. He is like an itch. Scratch. He's gone.
    Lamna denna varld!

Total illegitimate bill collector scam, and illegal to boot (see the fair credit reporting act for more).

    Let's examine why:

    1. sherbertsilkwormII is correct, the number one tip off that this is not legit is that process servers don't give you a heads up before serving you with legal papers of any kind.
    2. The message says that they were going to come to your home or work "in an effort to obtain a signature".  A summons for a lawsuit of any kind doesn't require a signature from the person being served.  Some states (California for instance) don't even require personal service, and in some states, a summons can be even sent to the defendant electronically.
    3. If you listen to the message carefully, you'll notice that it's worded in such a way so as not to ever say they are actually going to "serve" you with a "summons", they just refer to it as an attempt to get your.  And they use the name of your county and the phrase "processing division" and wording to make it sound like they are legit, but they aren't.

I called the number they gave (855-323-9173), and told the person who answered that if they have paper work they want to serve me with, that they can do so at any time.  And that once they do, I will forwarding it to attorney for an assessment as to its validity.  And I also asked for their address so that I could send them a request not to contact me any further (as per Section 805 (c) of the Fair Credit Reporting act).  The person then got very belligerent and nasty with me and threatened to call my work and friends if I didn't pay up.  I promptly let him know that everything in our conversation was being documented so that I can pass that info to my attorney for the purpose of proving harassment.  He then quickly hung up.

Long and short?  Legit debt collectors will respect your rights when trying to get you to past a past due debt.  Companies that use unscrupulous methods such as this one do eventfully get shut down and/or get sued themselves due to the illegal and illegitimate business practices.
