got unwanted call

Only got the tail end of the message since it started playing before it got through our system. The automated voice listed some numbers and said it was "in regard to an important business matter". Onto the spam list it goes!

Received message to call 855-323-9881 with confirmation number #######.  Also said it was regarding an important business matter.  Called the number and they don't identify themselves, but tell me my call is very important and to please hold for next available person.  Yeah, fat chance of that.

Received a message which referenced my airgas account number and called the number back. Message announced it was airgas and asked to hold for next rep. Hung up and called airgas  direct. They were not the people behind this call and suggested it is a scam. They have no idea how the scammer could have possibly gotten my account number. Do not call them back. I do not yet know if there are fraudulent charges on my phone bill but will post as soon as I find out.

Not a scam!  Company is actually hired by Airgas. Airgas is addressing the poor message that is being left for customers.

recorded message to call back with the provided reference number.  didn't mention name of company.  has to be a scam to get people to call the number and charge.

called with a reference number and threaten to come by my job or home but when they do i have to make sure i have a valid ID. but never said the company or who he was. SPAM!
