Received two calls and an email from "Irma" identifying herself as a rep from Comcast Marketing in Texas. The first call was extremely garbled and sounded as if she was in a room with multiple people on the phone.  I did not recognize the number so I asked her to not call me again.  I then contacted Comcast at their general number (800 prefix) to see if the call was legitimate. They could not identify the 855 prefix and suggested I block the calls.  I will take their suggestion; however, it would be nice to know who is using that number to call Comcast customers.

These people are from Comcast.  I very recently had issues (again) with Comcast and they always ask you to fill out a survey on how things went. Lucky for me they also sent one in an email so they got two of them from me.  The lady that called from this number called regarding that survey. I was told there was going to be no charge for a service man to come out if he could not do anything..he could not but I was still billed 60.00.  They refuse to credit it or any portion there of.  If I had another choice I would be long gone.  They can be horrible to have to deal with and their prices are way out there.  Truthfully I would not ever recommend Comcast to anyone
