They called my brother looking for me saying they had a county court summons and they're gonna serve me papers tomorrow.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

I got a voice message from an unknown number, with a message for someone else.
Apparently they were trying to contact her of a impending litigation/action and the person is supposed to callback within 24 hours.
Called them back and they let me they are a some litigation group.
Still not sure if they are legit but did call this number 855-327-6125 and they let me know my number has been put on do not call list.
Not sure what to make of this. If it is a scam, then am waiting for the next directed scam to hit me as now I have confirmed that my number is legit..sigh.

I got the same phone call as well

i was called from a restricted number, left me a voicemail to call Garrison Adquision 855-327-6125, they had a "case number" and told me to pay almost 2000 dollars or i was getting served tomorrow, they told me that they could work o payment plan. I asked her, how do I know this is not a scam, the lady proceeded to get aggitated with me. and said that if I don't pay them now I would be served tomorrow and that I had to go to court, she never told me where I would have to go to court.

They called me for my brother saying there is a pending action/complaint against him when there is none.  We live in two separate states.  They provided a file number.  It seems illegitimate.

Called me, my mother, and brother and sister. All in 3 different states. As someone said above this is a serious thought out scam. If there were in fact pending claims, or litigation you would have already either received a certified letter, or an officer of the court would serve you papers. Don't fall for it people, this is one of the hardcore scams.

I talked to my bro. It's totally illegitimate. They called everyone in my family with this scam.

One of the numbers being used to purport this scam is listed as 309-216-6746

used a name close to mine at least... but not my name ... but then said I had a complaint against me that was forwarded to her office and her name was Nicole Moore... gave me the number 855-327-6125 that I was to call to speak to whomever had the claim against me... not her. She read some other crap from her scam script... fumbled on some of it... then gave me some made up document number. This is total crap. I wonder if these people get kidnapped and forced to call people? That helps me avoid the realization that people willing participate in the bull $hit.

They also told me I had 24 hours like is mentioned above. 10 people who have gotten this bs knew about this message board and have already commented... so if you read this just know it's bs and don't give them any information.

I got the same call they were calling for someone else luckily I didn't answer or return the call they just call like 10 minutes ago and left a message

called for my daughter.....told me they had an important delivery for her......said they were United Delivery Service....

855-327-6125 called my sister and said they had a case # against me and that I needed to return their call because they were going to serve me papers. They told her they were with a lawyers office, scared her to death. I knew right away it was a scam. Stupid jerks!
If you google this "company Garrison Acquisitions...its been doing this to people for years. Idk why someone cannot find out who they are and stop them!
They didn't say a debt collector, made it seem more severe than that.

They told me the same, asked if i was going to be home tomorrow to be served a summons to court. Gave me a number to call (855)321-6125 with a reference number.   Who calls to tell you they're going to serve you? !?!!   I was just trying not to laugh through the whole conversation. Said her name was stevie wright.

They called a friend's cell phone threatening me with a warrant !  It's a scam!!!

I got the exact same voicemail, called them and told them I would wait for the constable!  It's definitely a scam!
