I just noticed I missed a call from this number on Friday afternoon. Anyone know who it is?

Ya it's AMD media.
I spoke with them.
They do web ad stuff.
I sent the lady my "art", a couple of pictures but have been playing phone chase ever since.
I don’t know if it's a time zone thing or if companies just don't answer phones anymore.
It's always voicemail after three. Why it's so hard to actually speak to people these days!!

I had an issue trying to reach my rep also. I left a voicemail but didn't hear back from her all day. That was about a week ago. When she did call, I was actually pleasantly surprised that they had fixed the issue I was having with the map on my page, it wasn't displaying correctly, it wasn't displaying at all is more accurate.
She said that she had put someone on the problem right away but they'd been a bit backlogged. I think she should have called me at that time to tell me of that and not have me wondering what was happening. And I told her so.

I was having trouble scanning my code so I had to call them about that and since I had the lady on the phone I asked about my ranking, she said: No company can guarantee you speedy anything on the internet no matter how good they are, there are too many variables to know how quickly results will happen. All she could do was give me her best expectations she said anyone promising more can't possibly deliver, the internet just doesn't offer absolutes.

I had to put my number in for a call from the support services department and forgot about it. I got a few call backs with this number but it was not in my contacts to know who it was. I don't know why it has to be up to me to do that all considering. In any case I called back and talked to them but they need to make sure that they have available people to speak with right away instead of waiting for a call back from them.
