We need an immediate return phone call 855-904-2362. Failure to respond will be considered your direct refusal at this time."   Yes I directly refuse because I have done no such thing!!

I received the same phone call with the same message from the number 855-327-8275, the number that showed up on the ID.  But their "immediate return phone call number is 855-904-2362."  Yeah, okay.  Scammers.

I got that same BS. I called the number back from a different number and the person answered "this is Kristina ". I just hung up.

Same exact message. I try not to actively participate in a deception of a financial institution but sometimes I just can’t help myself. Stupid scammers. They can’t even get a real person to leave a message.

Called three back and the guy that answered looked me up by phone to see who or why they called and then started threatening me when I told him I had no idea what they were talking about . They wanted me to pay off a debt in a lump sum and I told them they had the wrong person I have never taken out a loan in my life. Then he got angry and said “ good luck in court!” And hung up. Lol so they try to act as if they are a “professional business “ but fail when they don’t get their way and act like a child. Lol
