Bobby Roberts said with legal dept, getting ready to process papers for lawsuit on collection with HSBC acct. Had to have card number that day to stop from filing. same outfit as 909-456-1879/9094. Sent me email but at top is RC LLC, signature block is RG LLC. Says based at 427 E 17th St # 7-451. Costa Mesa, Ca 92627. There are multiple people involved, including at least one female.

these idiots are on the prowl again using 844-206-7800.  they are threatening with lawsuits and jail, being very nasty over the phone.  when they call you it says Private Number but to call them back on the 844 number. Do a search on 844-206-7800 and see the stuff they are saying to people again.  DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR INTIMIDATION TACTICS!!!!!!!!! Blocked number called and said they were sending summons tomorrow. Call 559 549 2167 to talk to the lawyer. We called and they transferred us to a "lawyer" in Costa Mesa. Said we owe 6k but hold on let me talk to my boss, 1 minute later said if you pay 1400 now it will be settled. I told her (Audrey) that this debt is 6 years old and out of the blue I get a call saying I have 1 hour to pay? Once my lawyer verifies you're legit or you prove to me you're legit I'll pay. But don't expect me to pay a stranger over the phone when I haven't received any paperwork. She said " sir I know you watch the news and Google things but I can tell you that's not how to handle this." Total scam. New number they're using is 916-245-0175. Called my land lord to give me a msg. THEY HAD A LOT OF INFO. Even my soc number. What a bunch of crap.got 200. Out me. The name they gave me was said fast , asked who was the again. Response was rushed i should have been more aggressive in asking more.
