This is not a collection agency. It is a scam do not pay them one penny. I owned an agency for 20 years
and in the.industry for 30 years. The people calling from this number are running a scam saying people owe money to companies that they don't. if anybody can get a company name of her than headquarters please posted on the site.

Yes this company keeps calling me about my daughter in law they say they are the post office and they are threatening to come to my house

An individual called saying there was a court summons for my husband and then gave me a whole social security number (THAT WAS THE FIRST CLUE THEY WERE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY)
They said they wanted to make sure the subpoena was delivered on time.
I called back and asked them who they were. They said they were a law firm, I asked where they were located and he wouldn't tell me. I asked what the name of the attorney was, and he scolded me saying I was asking a lot of questions.
I asked him to name one of the attorneys in the firm and he hung up on me.

This is the second one in 6 months. What a waste of time and energy.

We should form a phone tree, and once a scammer is discovered, have a hundred people or so tie up their phone lines and time. I bet they would disconnect that number in a hurry.

The last scam artist that called was named Its about the baby and asked for my 20 year old son who was dating his dream girl. Oh boy, did that cause a stir for about 20 minutes, :)  until we typed in the phone number to Google and found out it was a scam.

they go under the name "S.W. Morgan & Associates" there's no website for them, there's no additional information about them, other than the phone that everyone else has. please be advise IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVE SOMETHING IN WRITTEN COMING FROM THEM, PLZ DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFO. I AM A PROFESSIONAL DEBT COLLECTOR. PLZ CONSIDER MY ADVISE.

Same person !!!!!!! He's name is Rick I ask to speak with a manager he wouldn't comply instead he started insulting me !!! I ask for his chicago address he said now he feels threathing that I'm gonna bomb the place haha!!! This guy is nuts he needs to be prosecuted!!!!! Threw out  the whole conversation he wouldn't pass me over his manager or even give the office located in Chicago he said there's many offices located threw out the states but he still refuse to give out any information then he ask what's your social like seriously your gonna ask what's your social after u said I was making threats it's okay got the whole conversation recorded u guys should do the same

got a call from someone named john hill. they claim on their website they are bbb accredited but nothing comes up for them. they are very sketch and I will not return their phone call
