Got a text saying papers I needed to sign coming between 2:00 and 4:00. This is odd to me. Think it’s a scam.

Got a text saying Signature Req'Documents currently scheduled to arrive on July 30th between 2:00pm - 4:00pm  it seems like a scam to me

Received a text saying signature required by *lists my name* Documents currently scheduled to arrive on July 30th between 1 and 2 at *lists my address* then a document number. Questions please contact delivery services at 888-375-5866

Can you post here if you actualy got a package.  Because I just got the same text but with a different phone number to call for question about delivery services and its called DRM and tasking me for a reference number.

Got a text as well but not going to my address, but to the address of my parents? I am not listed under there address.

Yeah its weird... I'm just curious to see if anyone actually gets a document or not.  I tried calling the number that says for Delivery Service question they said they were DRM but I didn't speak to them.  IT must be some kind of scam... just puzzling that they have my name and address.  But then again if its important docs.  Why would they warn us when they are coming so we can avoid them?  so confuse.  Let us know here if anyone actually gets docs.  Thanks everyone

Apparently it’s from check into cash loan I didn’t take out in 2014.  They have all my info which is odd

They scared me into calling a few years ago. Can’t remember what they sent to me but it seemed legit. Claimed I owed them for a check to cash loan I didn’t take out in 2012. I argued on the phone with the rep for awhile. When I finally mentioned that I believed it was identity theft, the rep hung up on me.

Got a text stating 'Signature Req'd by <me>: Documents currently scheduled to arrive on 7/30 between 4 and 6 pm at an old address, document number xx-xxxxxxx. For questions, please call 855-838-3539. Called the number, they said it was for an old payday loan, that they were moving for legal litigation on, and I could pay them $500 today or be taken to court for $1500; I requested proof of debt, the lady stated that I would be marked down as uncooperative. I stated that legally they have to provide proof of debt, especially for a dated debt, and she said, 'I'm not required to provide anything. Have a blessed day.' and hung up on me.

I called check n to cash and spoke to corporate office. They don’t have my information in their system.  Has to be a scam.
