IF there were actual papers, you would NOT have a warning cold call.   BLOCK them.

They called twice feom a private number. First leaving a message for my ex-husbands son. Then when I answered they tried taking my Info. When I told them I was not who they were looking for, they became quite rude. They said they work for a law firm and I told them to send the damn papers. I then hung-up.

Rediculous lady named Rebecca Walters trying to get personal information. Absolute fraud! BRWARE

Left a message and told me to call this number back the lady's name was Tara Duncan claiming she works for a law firm and someone had filed a complaint on me and they are going to proceed with legal action if I don't return their call in 24 hours lol what a scam!

Just received a vm from Rebecca Walters at my place of employment. This is the 3rd time I have received these calls (3 different people). Twice on my cell with nocallerid and this time at work. First call back number was 855-613-0468, now this call back number, with two different case numbers. Called the number and they told me they will be serving me with legal papers. I told them they were a fraud and she gave me a website to lookup, definitely not doing that.

Total Scam ! Masked calling number (Private Number) ,  tried to steal your info, DOB, etc... tell these [***] get a real job !

I got a call on my cell phone and my home phone from someone name launa  richards she said a complaint had been filed against me told me i had 24 hours to call back  and then abaout 30 minutes later she called my home number asking for someone else.

I got the same call on 10/04/17

I had the same call. They even called my family members. I block all private numbers.
