Very loud and obnoxious voice mail prompting me to give my where abouts and even mentioned "the law" sounds like a complete scam since I have never received anything in writing.

Yep, sounds like a new company took over for a debt collector.  Threatening the law when you don't have all your facts in a row is not wise.

I have no idea what this is about.  Have received repeated, daily recorded calls.

Called and left message, looking for someone i know, used the threat of calling the law. Stupid !! Auto block

They asked for "Herman" and/or his whereabouts... I don't know a "Herman" so miss me with your phone calls and messages.

Called my daughter in law looking for me mentioning something about fraud. First of all, I'm very upset they even had her phone number as I have never given it out. When I called the number they said I owed money from a payday loan from 2010. Got very irritated and confused when I refused to pay it telling the  I had NEVER had a payday loan and asked them for the name of the company they were trying to collect for. The guy couldn't give me the name, just saying "oh it was one of those companies like quick cash, easy cash, cash connect, or one of those".. Very unprofessional and obviously a scam! Don't give them your debit or credit card number!
